Primary Medical Care
We are a healthcare organization of compassionate and competent people, committed to assisting individuals to resolve difficult personal issues and helping families become whole and healthy. With three convenient locations throughout the Valley, our Primary Care Clinics provide comprehensive healthcare services by a team of experienced medical professionals.

Addiction & Mental Health Treatment
Providing outpatient and residential addiction treatment, mental health counseling, and psychiatric services
OUTPATIENT
Providing general and intensive individual and group treatment, and pyschiatric services.
LADDER
Providing treatement for individuals with addiction and serious mental illness challenges.
Maverick House, a 29-bed Level II residential treatment center
PHOENIX INTERFAITH COUNSELING
Providing psychotherapy and psychiatric services for adults, families, adolescents and children, specialized services focusing on suicidal and self-harming behaviors, and marital and sexual therapy.
Family Services
Providing parents and caregivers the tools they need to successfully raise children to young adulthood.
In-Home Services responds to referrals from DCS to work with families where conditions represent a threat to child safety. Implemented in July 2012, the service focuses on increasing safety, stabilizing families and improving parenting skills.
Family Support Coordination (also known as First Things First) helps families that are wrestling with multiple issues and having difficulty finding the resources they need to be successful. Started in October 2012, Family Support Coordination employees help every member of the family access quality care, education and support.
Parent Aide assists families whose children are placed in DCS custody. Started in July 2012, Parent Aide employees engage parents in developing and following a plan for successful family reunification.
Community Health
Our compelling purpose of inspiring change for life affects more than those who walk through into our clinics... we work within the communities we serve to provide education, resources, and connection to those in need.

Building coalitions to reduce substance abuse in our communities
HIV/STI EDUCATION AND TESTING
Providing free testing and education for HIV/STI to Maricopa County residents
Providing a safe environment for vulnerable homeless individuals
Crisis Services
Crisis Services assist individuals facing an immediate crisis and emotional distress related to alcohol, drugs, abuse, developmental disabilties, or a psychiatric emergency. The teams respond to situations on site, whether in the home, on the streets, or in a hospital, and provide assistance and referrals to individuals.

Community Living
Community Living offers support to individuals with serious mental illness and co-occuring disorders by teaching living skills essential to daily tasks, and achieving the highest level of wellness and independence in their homes and in the community.
